The Jensen Method
Take advantage of the knowledge you already have and channel it to maximize its value and effect on your body and mind. Reduce intensity and force. Increase focus and intent.

The Jensen Method delivers better results with efficiency and a reduced risk of injury. This copyrighted philosophy can be applied to any type of exercise, including our 9 Jensen Method Test Exercises which are specifically developed to focus on stability and foundation of function and strength. Do more with less. Get more with less.

You already know what is necessary to improve your healthy lifestyle, but need momentum to make the change. The Jensen Method will give you the skills to take advantage of your acquired knowledge, and create an easier route to change.

Our Jensen Method Test Exercises use elastic bands to create resistance. This allows the muscle tissue always to be firing at full effect. This creates a higher positive strain on the muscle fibre, while never over straining it, thus maximizing the effect and reducing irritation and injury.

By loading stability musculature from the ground up, The Jensen Method also serves for rehabilitation. Without compromising passive tissue, such as ligaments, discs, capsules, nerves etc, the Jensen Method builds you back up.By identifying gaps in the physique through specific assessment, we increase functionality, endurance, strength and balance.
